1. Scope

These terms govern use of CURN's public website. They do not govern a paid advisory engagement, controlled pilot, software account or other CURN service. Those require separate written terms, which take precedence for that service. By continuing to use this website, you agree to these website terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

2. What the website describes

CURN provides AI adoption advisory and implementation support, with product capability under development. Product plans, demonstrations and website descriptions do not by themselves make a feature available, form an offer or authorise CURN to process client employee or workflow data.

3. Website content and intellectual property

The website and its original content are owned by CURN LTD or used with permission. You may read, link to and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not reproduce, sell, scrape at scale or present the website or its content as your own without permission.

4. Information you send through the website

You retain ownership of information you submit. We use it only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit client employee, confidential workflow or special-category data through a public enquiry or booking form. CURN will not accept processor data for a client without binding written data-processing terms.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The website uses Google Calendar to show CURN's availability and arrange appointments. It does not connect to or read your personal calendar. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms and policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use the website to break the law, interfere with its security or operation, submit malicious material, infringe another person's rights or attempt unauthorised access. We may block or restrict website access where reasonably necessary to protect the site, CURN or other people.

7. Website information

We take reasonable care over the website, but public content is general information rather than legal, security or professional advice. It may not be complete or current for your circumstances. Any commitment about a CURN engagement or product must be set out in the applicable written agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, CURN is not responsible for loss caused by relying on general website content instead of obtaining advice for your circumstances, or for events outside our reasonable control. Separate service agreements contain the liability terms for paid work and product access.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these website terms as the site or law changes. We will post the revised terms here, change the "Last updated" date and, where a change materially affects how the website is used, provide a proportionate notice. A change does not alter an existing signed service agreement.

10. Business audience

The website is directed at people acting in a business or professional capacity. It is not intended for children.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that applicable law gives you.
