By accessing and using CURN (the "Service"), including the website, browser extension, and platform applications, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CURN is an AI workflow capture and playbook platform. The Service includes a browser extension that captures your interactions with AI tools, a web application for reviewing, organising, and sharing captured work as reusable playbooks, Content OS for internal content planning and measurement, and integrations with third-party services such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and LinkedIn.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access it. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all content you create or capture through the Service, including logbook entries, notes, and session recordings. We do not claim ownership of your content. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts (such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or LinkedIn). By connecting these services, you authorise CURN to access and use data from those services as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time through your CURN settings. Your use of third-party services is also subject to those services' own terms and policies.

You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable laws, infringe on the rights of others, or distribute harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. CURN makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CURN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
